Navneeth’s Upanayana Brahmopadesam Ceremony Cinematography | Day 2’s events.
Fresh Day, Fresh faces: The Upanayanam Brahmopadesam day started early. Our Photography and Upanayanam Cinematography team were in the venue by 5:00 AM. But to our surprise, Navneeth was there even before us, in the full traditional attire. We started our Photo shoot at right earnest. We planned to have some excellent pictures and video clips when everybody when they are fresh in the Early morning. The Upanayanam cinematography highlights speaks a ton about the lovely attire and the grand setting for the event.
Rituals Begin: Before sunrise, the Rituals began. Navneeth accompanied by his father took center-stage. He was at his best, reciting tough sanskrit slokas and Mantras which took the priests by surprise. The Guests too were awestruck by the ease with which Navneeth rhymed the Mantras. Then Bathing in holy water or “Abisheka” followed. It was followed by the first important ritual of the day – ” yagnopaveetha dharana “.
Upanayana Brahmopadesam: After the Kumara Bhojanam function, the most important part was performed – The Upanayana Brahmpadesam . All the Elders rose from their seats and in Unison, blessed the Vatu with shower of flowers. It was a beautiful and memorable moment. And we captured them all with gusto.
